Returns & Exchanges

At My Sefer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your My Sefer account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
