THE TORAH CALENDAR

The essence of “The Torah Calendar: Exploring the Festivals” is a discussion of the interesting features of the festivals and holidays that have not always received adequate attention. The chapters are arranged in the chronological order of the festivals and holidays throughout the year. The discussion is always firmly based on a text that appears either in the Torah, the Talmud, the Hagada or in a major Jewish source, such as Rambam, Rashi, or Shulchan Aruch.

It is my hope that the Reader will find in this book some new thoughts that appeal to him or her.
